Artículo 13
Los Certificados Derivados se emitirán en el formulario que consta como Anexo (*) al presente Decreto, respetarán un número de orden correlativo y podrán emitirse de forma digital.
La Dirección Nacional de Aduanas mantendrá el registro informático de todos los Certificados Derivados emitidos.
