Artículo 1

   Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a tomar del superávit del ejercicio 1935, 
hasta la cantidad de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00) destinados a ofrecer elementos de subsistencia y abrigo a los necesitados. (*)
