CAPÍTULO II - HABILITACIÓN PROVISORIA A LICENCIADAS Y AUXILIARES DE ENFERMERIA PARA TRABAJAR EN ÁREAS DE CUIDADOS INTENSIVOS POLIVALENTES DE ADULTOS
Artículo 7
En ningún caso, el personal referido en el Artículo 5°, puede representar más del 50% (cincuenta por ciento) de la dotación exigida por el Decreto N° 399/08, dentro de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos.
