Aquellos automotores que no se declaren imprescindibles conforme a lo
dispuesto en el artículo anterior, así como los bienes muebles e
instalaciones existentes en los Talleres del Estado que se consideren
prescindibles, serán enajenados siguiendo al efecto los procedimientos
legales vigentes en la materia.
