                             Capítulo I

                            Generalidades

Artículo 5º.- El INACRI tendrá:

a) Una Dirección Técnica;

b) Una Secretaría General;

c) Un Centro nacional de Dictamenes Criminológicos;

d) Un Centro Nacional de Censo y Estadística Criminal; y

e) Un Centro de Observación, Diagnóstico y Tratamiento.
