Artículo 1931

    También expira la sociedad por la incapacidad sobreviniente o la
insolvencia de uno de los socios.
    Sin embargo, podrá continuar la sociedad con el incapaz o el fallido
y en tal caso el representante legal o los acreedores ejercerán sus
derechos en las operaciones sociales.
