Artículo 1090

    El que acepta con beneficio de inventario se hace responsable no sólo
del valor de los bienes que entonces efectivamente reciba, sino de
aquellos que posteriormente sobrevengan a la herencia sobre que recaiga el
inventario.
    Se agregará una relación estimativa de estos bienes al inventario
existente con las mismas formalidades que para hacerlo se observaron.
