CAPÍTULO V - DE LA DETERMINACIÓN DEL MONTO Y DEMÁS CONDICIONES DE LAS PRESTACIONES

Artículo 23

 (Haber de retiro obligatorio).- El haber de retiro obligatorio será equivalente a tantas cuarentavas partes del 85% (ochenta y cinco por ciento) del haber básico de retiro, como años de servicios se computen con un máximo de cuarenta. (*)
