Artículo 59
(Responsabilidad del tomador en transacciones).- El tomador, asegurado o beneficiario no podrá realizar transacciones ni convenir arreglos judiciales o extrajudiciales con el reclamante, ni realizar ningún acto que comprometa su responsabilidad, sin consentimiento expreso y por escrito del asegurador.
