SECCIÓN II - DE LOS CRITERIOS, LINEAMIENTOS Y ORIENTACIONES GENERALES PARA EL SUELO URBANO Y SUBURBANO

Artículo 22

   (Aguas pluviales, áreas contaminadas e inundables).- Los instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial departamentales referidos al suelo urbano y suburbano deberán considerar las aguas pluviales, con los criterios establecidos por la autoridad nacional competente, y quedará prohibida la urbanización de las áreas contaminadas y de aquellas que se determinen como inundables.
