Artículo 81

   (Carrera obligatoria). Derógase el inciso final del artículo 36 de la ley N° 12.997, de 28 de noviembre de 1961, en la redacción sustitutiva dada por el artículo 90 de la ley N° 13.426 de 2 de diciembre de 1965.
