Artículo 1

   Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a tomar de Rentas Generales la cantidad de ocho mil pesos ($ 8.000) con destino a la adquisición de la Biblioteca y Herbario Berro, ofrecidos en venta por los sucesores del naturalista uruguayo don Mariano B. Berro.
