PRORROGA A LA DIRECCION GENERAL DE CASINOS LA APLICACION DE LO DISPUESTO EN EL ART. 32 DEL DECRETO 117/021, POR EL PERIODO DE CIERRE DE LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS, SIEMPRE QUE DICHO ORGANISMO TUVIERA DISPONIBILIDAD FINANCIERA PARA ATENDER LA EROGACION RESULTANTE DE LA REPARACIÓN INDEMNIZATORIA

Artículo 3
Si en el período del año anterior a ser considerado hubieran percibido un monto inferior al 100% (cien por ciento) del promedio variable, no se aplicará el límite dispuesto en el artículo que antecede.
