CAPITULO II - REQUISITOS RELATIVOS AL EQUIPAMIENTO OBLIGATORIO DE CINTURONES DE SEGURIDAD EN LOS VEHICULOS

Artículo 4

 Todos los vehículos automotores de 3 (tres) o más ruedas, que se
empadronen por primera vez (cero Kilómetros), deberán contar en todas sus
plazas, con cinturones de seguridad de tres puntas.
