CAPÍTULO I - DE LA TENENCIA RESPONSABLE DE ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA

Artículo 4

   (Tenedor Temporal) Es la persona física con capacidad legal que haya asumido voluntariamente la tenencia temporal del animal. Dichos tenedores a cualquier título asumirán las responsabilidades del tenedor responsable titular mientras el animal se encuentre a su cargo.
