SECCIÓN I - CONCEPTOS

Artículo 32

   (Causales jubilatorias anticipadas).- Las causales jubilatorias anticipadas se configuran con una edad menor a la que se establece como normal, por contar con una extensa carrera laboral en las condiciones que se establecen (artículo 36) o por haber desempeñado durante períodos prolongados trabajos físicos particularmente exigentes (artículo 37).
